The Journey to Freedom Board Game
In 2007, I was a middle school teacher at a new school that was not provided adequate funding. Once I realized many of my students were not motivated and had negative learning experiences in the past, I decided to take action.
After an extended period of fasting and meditation, I developed "The Journey to Freedom: The Power to Read and Write", a concept designed to motivate and inspire students all around the world.
The Purpose of the Game
The purpose of The Journey to Freedom: The Power To Read & Write is to increase the literacy in reading and writing for the youth, as well as provide a more proficient understanding of Black History.
The Purpose of the Game
The purpose of The Journey to Freedom: The History of Black Economics is to provide an adequate understanding on the following struggles endured by the Black Community:
Deprivation
Reconstruction
Oppression
Systematic Racism
